BOLT ON GUARDS
Whether you choose to design your own guard, or have our team design a solution for you, by combining style and functionality a Bolt-On guard becomes the face of your machine.
Some of the design options available for Bolt-On guards include Sliding, Hinged or Bi-Folding Doors for access. Wire Mesh or Polycarbonate panel options to provide visibility. Or solid Steel panel sections, finished in the color of your choice.
For OEM Manufacturers fully enclosed options are also available, with Machine Base Skirting and Hood Covers available to complete the enclosure.
PERIMETER GUARDS
Free standing or anchored perimeter guards are a great lower cost option to keep workers safe and to protect your investment. There are many connection options available for assembling perimeter guards, from concealed corner connectors, to brackets, or hinged together sections.
Panel options include coated Wire Mesh, Polycarbonate, Acrylic, Steel, Aluminum or Plastic. Your perimeter guard can be pre-fabricated by our assembly staff using our stock aluminum profiles, or it can be shipped as a kit for you to install. Finish options include Anodizing for Aluminum, or Powder Coating Color of your choice.
STOCKED CONNECTORS
Richter stocks a wide range of standard easy to use connectors, hardware and brackets to ensure any adjustments or additions are quick and easy. All hardware can be purchased independently for repairs or maintenance.
