In sales, quality is almost a cliche comment these days. Everyone claims the highest quality goods, no matter what they've done or haven't done to qualify their products. At Karl W. Richter Ltd we consider three key factors to warrant quality.

1. We qualify our supply base when sourcing material. Facility visits, product testing and first article inspection of goods are some of the key things we do.
2. We place inspection guidelines on each product group and/or line item, with consideration of its risk. These guidelines will include critical features and methods to be employed to qualify the goods.
3. We always say, "It isn't making the mistake that's the problem, it is how you respond to it!" This philosophy is certainly applicable to quality. When a problem is brought to our attention, we are expedient in quarantining & investigating the root cause. Managing the best course of action to containment and permanent correction is our key goal and is critical in keeping your production moving without interruption.
